Soon after getting pregnant with my daughter, the topic of sleep was often on my mind. I read up on a sleep teaching process I thought would work well for our family, and felt confident I had a pretty good plan in place. Of course my daughter had a different sleep agenda, which turned into waking up every hour and refusing to take naps. I was too tired to read any more books on sleep, and just assumed I’d always be walking around in a haze. We gave her the nickname of FOMO baby (fear of missing out), because she seemed to always be on high alert, head on a swivel and never missing a thing. She would go through periods of sleeping better, and I would get my hopes up, thinking that we were finally on the other side, only to have them come crashing down after more nights of constant wakings. I got anxious as every nighttime inched closer and I was very sleep deprived. 

After 5 months of this, we decided enough was enough and started working with Sleep Well to fix my daughters bad sleep habits once and for all. I was so happy with the gentle plan that was created for us, and I am delighted to say, those sleepless nights seem like a distant memory.
