Do you eat right before you go to bed?

I was recently interviewed and featured in a survey of sleep consultants and experts. The questions related to one’s ability to fall asleep at night, more specifically: reasons for sleep deprivation, when one should stop drinking coffee during the day, when is the latest one should eat at night, what are the worst foods to eat before bed, the potential effect of a full moon, do bed sheets really matter toward falling asleep, should one wear socks to bed, as well as ranking eight pre-bedtime activities and how they could affect one’s ability to fall asleep. Incredibly, social media was rated as more disruptive than both exercise and consuming alcohol! Feel free to read the entire experts study on the ShopBedding blog

Working with Shannon, I went from 2-3 wake ups every night to 1 or 0. She aligned the plan with my preferred sleep cycle. She was always coaching, never judging. Shannon was great, I have referred MANY people to her! That's the best testament to her work that I can give.
